Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with interprofessional teams. Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate patient and family education to promote health goals.
Must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Requires the ability to perform physical duties and manage chronic disease self-management models.

Provides nursing care to patients according to established standards of practice and administrative policies; assesses patient's physical and psychological needs to identify problems; plans, implements and documents the care plan for an individual and/or group of patients.
Qualifications: Education and Experience
Graduation from an approved school of Nursing and current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
