Develop and manage care plans for home care consumers to support authorizations and renewals. Conduct onsite supervisory home visits in the Denver and Northern Colorado region to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
Requires a valid and active RN License in the state of Colorado and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in startup environments are preferred.

This is a full-time role with 401k, health, dental, vision and life insurance. Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM WEEKENDS OFF! Sign On-Bonus - This Full-Time RN role will be eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000K (Payout bonus will be submitted to the employee after successfully completing 6 months with Freedom Care)

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
