Requires a minimum two-year diploma in Human Services or a related field and frontline experience with vulnerable populations. Must possess a Class 5 driver's license, a clear vulnerable sector search, and the physical ability to assist clients.
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time (3 days on, 3 days off; 7am–7pm)
$24.95 per hour

As a PBSH Caseworker, you’ll work in a team-based, case management model to help clients maintain housing and stability. You’ll provide individualized care while promoting harm reduction and housing-first philosophies in both word and action. This role requires strong crisis management, advocacy, and rapport-building skills, as well as a deep sense of empathy, respect, and ethical responsibility.
