The Clinical Nurse will provide direct clinical care to patients, focusing on wound care, diabetic management, and phlebotomy services. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
Candidates should be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing or a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with relevant experience. Experience in wound care, diabetes management, and knowledge of Indigenous health issues is preferred.
Keewaytinook Okimakanak (KO) Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join the interdisciplinary team at the Six Feathers Clinic in Thunder Bay. The Clinical Nurse will play a key role in delivering comprehensive, culturally appropriate primary care services to members of KO communities.
Working within a multidisciplinary team that includes Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physiotherapists, and Social Workers, the Clinical Nurse will provide direct patient care with a strong focus on wound care, diabetic management, foot care, and phlebotomy services.
