  • Compensation: This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for associate dentists providing professional services to our practice. Engagement terms and compensation will be governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee position.

  • What you’ll do: Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnoses to assess oral health and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term results. Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including children, ensuring a gentle, reassuring, and inclusive approach to treatment. Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures such as restorations (fillings), extractions, endodontic treatments (root canals), and other clinical services. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to take ownership of their dental health. Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient care in a positive environment. Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records using our dental software system.
  • What you’ll bring to the role: At least 2 years of experience in general dentistry, including hands-on experience with root canal therapy and extractions, is required. A valid license to practice dentistry in the Province of BC, in good standing with the relevant regulatory body. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is considered an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’re someone who puts patients at ease and connects easily with colleagues. Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to balance thorough care and efficient delivery. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask while keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do. A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and caring workplace culture.
