The Health Care Aide provides essential personal care, hygiene assistance, and companionship to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include meal preparation, light housekeeping, and documenting care according to the client's care plan.
Candidates must hold a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent and be listed on the Alberta HCA Directory. Current CPR/First Aid training, a negative TB test, and the ability to travel within the territory are also required.
