The RVT will work closely with veterinarians to provide high-quality patient care, including performing lab tests and digital X-rays. Responsibilities also include monitoring anesthesia, administering treatments, and managing client communications and medical records.

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) – Leaside Animal Clinic Leaside Animal Clinic has been a proud member of the Leaside community for 40 years.
We are fortunate to have many first‑ and second‑generation families who continue to trust us with their pets’ care.
We provide a wide range of veterinary medical services for both cats and dogs.
Our clinic is equipped with digital radiography, in‑house laboratory equipment, and a designated dental ward.
Our team includes 4 veterinarians and 15 support staff, several of whom have been with the clinic for more than 20 years, bringing strong experience and mentorship.
We are seeking an energetic, organized, self‑starting RVT who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working collaboratively.
About You You will be an excellent fit if you have: A recognized AHT/VT diploma A genuine passion for veterinary medicine Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude A strong desire to educate clients and build long‑term relationships Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues How You’ll Make a Difference As a key member of our medical team, you will be fully supported in utilizing your RVT skills, including: Working closely with veterinarians to deliver high‑quality patient care Collecting samples and performing laboratory tests Conducting digital X‑rays Preparing patients and surgical areas; monitoring anesthesia Administering medications and treatments Discharging patients with post‑operative instructions Filling prescriptions Following up with clients Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records
