The nurse develops and implements in-home nursing and public health services for clients in KO communities, including immunizations and case management. They provide direct client-centered care and supervise Community Personal Support Workers to ensure optimal service delivery.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. A minimum of two years of experience in community or public health nursing is required, with a willingness to travel to remote communities.
The salary for this position is $61,570.00
