Perform accurate diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing in Hematology while ensuring patient confidentiality. Collaborate with leadership to implement work plans, drive continuous improvement, and support laboratory staff with technical expertise.
Requires a College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science and at least 5 years of MLT experience. Must maintain active registration in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO).

Hematology analyzer experience is required. Experience working with Sysmex XN analyzers, urinalysis, A1C, and Coagulation experience is considered an asset.
