Job Duties

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
• Healthcare Aide Certificate or Equivalent
• 2+years as a Certified Healthcare Aide or similar role
• Valid Work Permit, PR, or Canadian Citizen
• TB Test (within 24 months)
• Current First Aid with CPR
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (with last 12 months)
• Driver's License with a Reliable Mode of Transportation
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, long-term care, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance a Plus!
