Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB for a Pediatric Dentist. The Pediatric Dentist will provide a range of specialized dental care for children, including preventative care, diagnoses, and treatments. Additional responsibilities include performing oral surgeries as necessary, creating treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health, and educating patients and their families on proper dental hygiene. Collaboration with the orthodontic and dental care team is essential to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Expertise in Pediatric Dentistry and Dental Care Knowledge and skills in Medicine and Dentistry Proficiency in Oral Surgery and related procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with children and families Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent degree License to practice dentistry as a specialist in Alberta Commitment to delivering patient-centered care Experience with modern dental technologies and techniques is a plus
