The Respiratory Aide is responsible for collecting, cleaning, sterilizing, and distributing respiratory supplies and equipment across patient care areas. This includes managing inventory, checking oxygen tank levels, and assembling ventilator circuits.
Candidates must have graduated from a recognized Sterile Supply processing program and possess one year of recent related experience. Strong communication skills and the physical ability to perform the duties are required.
The salary range for this position is CAD $29.24 - $29.24 / hour Job Summary
Collects, cleans, sterilizes, assembles, and distributes respiratory supplies and equipment to/from all patient care areas in accordance with established procedures; maintains supplies and equipment inventory and orders supplies as required.
Qualifications: Education and Experience
Graduation from a recognized program in Sterile Supply processing, plus one year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Ability to communicate and effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to deal with others effectively. Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position. Ability to organize work. Ability to operate related equipment.
