The Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) at Trillium Health Partners is part of a high‑volume Regional Cardiac Program, delivering advanced cardiac surgical care in close collaboration with our regional partners. Our 12‑bed specialty ICU cares for patients requiring complex cardiac surgery, including Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), valve repair and replacement, and aortic dissection repair. CSICU offers a fast‑paced, highly specialized clinical environment where nurses and interprofessional team members work at the forefront of cardiac critical care. Team members gain exposure to high‑acuity patients, cutting‑edge surgical interventions, and the opportunity to develop deep expertise within a supportive, collaborative, and learning‑focused unit at a busy regional referral centre.

Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the CNO and hold BCLS and Coronary Care Level 1 and 2 certificates. Candidates must be enrolled in a Critical Care Certificate Program and obtain ACLS within six months of hire.
