Provide dialysis nursing care for patients with end-stage renal disease, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. Manage complications arising from treatments and provide specialized patient education.
Requires a nursing degree, CNO competence certificate, and current certifications in BCLS, AED, and Peripheral IV initiation. Must have at least one year of recent experience in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

$41.15 - $58.98 / hour (As per Collective Agreement)
To provide dialysis nursing care for end-stage renal disease patients, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments to out-patients.
• A graduate from an approved School of Nursing (university or community college) with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Successful completion of the Canadian Nurses Association’s certification in Nephrology Nursing CNeph certification.
Candidates will be selected for this position on the basis of their skill, ability, experience and qualifications as identified in the resume and completed Application Form submitted.
