Perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using ionizing radiation while adhering to the ALARA principle. Ensure patient safety and maintain effective communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Radiological Technology with CAMRT certification and NSCMIRTP licensure. Basic Life Support certification is required, and proficiency in French is considered an asset.

Nova Scotia Health is hiring Radiological Technologists, CT Technologists, MRI Technologists and Nuclear Medicine Technologists, across the province. The Technologist performs a variety of diagnostic or therapeutic procedures requiring the use of ionizing radiation, applying the ALARA principle, while continuously remaining responsive to and responsible for each patient in their care. The Technologist is responsible for effective communication in a multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary environment while fostering a culture of safety in the workplace.
