Provide primary health care services, including prevention and treatment, to vulnerable populations in community settings. Coordinate care for individuals facing complex challenges such as addiction, mental health concerns, and social instability.
Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess a valid driver's license with a vehicle. Requires experience in wholistic health and the ability to work within an Indigenous organization.
This position is part of the Ontario Nurses Association bargaining unit.
Traditional practices involve cultural ceremonies and burning sacred medicines including tobacco, sweetgrass, sage and cedar within the work setting.
$38.48-$51.89 per hour with excellent benefits, including HOOPP pension plan. Salary is in accordance with the Ontario Nurses’ Association Contract (ONA).
