Reports to the Nurse Manager, Department Head, or designate. Plans and provides direct nursing care to patients/residents in the hospital or in the community in accordance with the unit/program philosophy, competency guidelines, policies, and the BCCNM Standards for Nursing Practice in British Columbia.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN.
Minimum 2 years recent Critical Care nursing experience.
Demonstrated ability in arrhythmia interpretation.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (asset).
Training in transesophageal echocardiography, cardioversions, and procedural sedation (for Echocardiography nurses)
