10 full-time positions available Wage: $36.67 per hour Travel Locations: Renfrew, Arnprior, Pembroke, Deep River Shift Options: 0900-1600, 1400-2200 and 2200-0600 In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. Why you’ll love working here: Autonomy, independence, and a work-life balance Supportive team of peer nurses and supervisors Opportunity to develop long term therapeutic relationships with patients Best in class training and development programs, including a comprehensive clinical orientation and hands-on skills labs Celebration and Recognition programs Part time and Full-time scheduling including every other weekend off Comprehensive health and dental benefit plans Company paid mobile devices Mileage compensation Opportunities for career advancement Employee perks and exclusive offers What you’ll do: Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs Executing and continuously monitor care plans Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust Maintaining and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment Assist in surgery and other medical procedures May supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff May develop and implement discharge planning process on admission of patients May teach and counsel patients and their families on health-related issues in collaboration with other health care providers Job Requirements: Nursing degree or required education mandatory for CNO licensure Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen Negative TB Test Fluent proficiency in written and verbal English Valid driver’s license (Class G or G2), access to a dedicated vehicle is required and valid car insurance Current and valid CPR certificate Experience in delivering community care is an asset Reliability and flexibility Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area Passion for making a difference in your community Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring process. Requirements

Requires a nursing degree, CNO licensure in good standing, and a valid driver's license with a vehicle. Candidates must have a clear Vulnerable Sector Screen, negative TB test, and current CPR certification.
