The Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual menopause assessments and deliver comprehensive follow-up care. They will also craft personalized treatment plans and collaborate with a physician team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant provincial body and possess proficiency in virtual care delivery. Experience in women's health or primary care is preferred, along with familiarity with EMR systems.
