Under the direction of a therapist such as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant implements rehabilitation treatment plans and programs, and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents progression.
Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent education, training, and experience. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to deal with others effectively. Physical ability to perform duties. Ability to organize work. Ability to operate related equipment
