Provide direct support to youth with behavioural, emotional, and mental health needs in a group home setting. Participate in service planning, goal setting, and daily living tasks while advocating for the well-being and dignity of the youth.
Requires a certificate in Child/Youth Care, Community Support Work, or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years of experience working with at-risk youth. Candidates must possess a valid BC driver's license, First Aid certification, and pass a criminal record check.

We are seeking qualified and experienced Child and Youth Care Workers to provide support for youth with special needs and at-risk youth in group home settings throughout the Fraser Valley. Our programs operate in close collaboration with the Fraser Health Authority and the Fraser Valley Aboriginal Children and Family Services Society, ensuring coordinated, culturally responsive, and high-quality care.

Starting wage is commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $27.54 - $33.25 per hour.

What You Bring 2+ years experience with youth with special needs or at-risk backgrounds (preferred) Certificate in Child/Youth Care, Community Support Work, or equivalent, relevant experience providing direct support Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle First Aid certification and TB test Criminal Record Check and HUB clearance (Vulnerable Sector)
Location In-person work in Chilliwack, BC Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting
