*$2000 sign on bonus for FT Bancroft region staff *$1000 sign on bonus for PT Bancroft region staff As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.
