The psychoeducator evaluates adaptation difficulties and develops intervention plans to restore and improve the adaptive capacities of individuals. They also design, implement, and analyze rehabilitation programs for users within social services and mental health settings.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in psychoeducation and be a member of the Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are also required.
