The Residence Worker provides direct care and support to individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met. They also perform general housekeeping duties and assist with life skills development and community integration.
Candidates must hold a diploma in a related human or social service field and possess at least one year of recent related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.

To provide direct care and support to the person in the resource you are assigned to and to ensure general upkeep and maintenance of the resource itself. Ensures the person’s physical, emotional social, educational, and medical needs are met. Assist the person served to enhance quality of life with activities of daily living and the development of life skills.
You will participate in a comprehensive 11-day training program, followed by three (3) shadow shifts designed to fully prepare you to support youth and adults in a safe, effective, and productive environment. Throughout your tenure, you'll have opportunities for internal growth, advancement, and continued professional development through additional training and education offered internally and by third-party providers.
