Bayshore Medical Personnel is excited to announce a Full-time Contract opportunity for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN/LPN) with one (1) year of experience to join the team in Borden, Ontario. We're looking for dedicated professionals to make a meaningful impact in Military Health Services! The successful RPN/LPN provides services to patients on a walk-in and appointment basis in various primary and ambulatory care settings such as the Care Delivery Unit (CDU), treatment room, and specialty clinic.
The successful applicant will provide direct patient care under the direction of physicians, Registered Nurses, and/or other healthcare providers.
The RPN/LPN shall possess, as a minimum, one (1) full-time equivalent year of experience within the last 3 years in nursing practice conducting patient assessments and providing direct nursing care for a broad range of diseases in the adult population in a primary care or ambulatory care setting.
1. Graduated from a Practical Nursing Program approved by Council of the College of Nurses; 2. Current and valid license from the provincial or territorial professional college or association in the province of practice; and 3. Certificate of Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or equivalent such as Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation/Automated External Defibrillator (CPR/AED) Level C.
