The Direct Support Specialist assists clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community involvement to promote independence and well-being. Responsibilities also include medication administration, managing challenging behaviors, and maintaining accurate daily documentation.
Candidates must hold a certificate or diploma in a relevant field such as Human Services, Social Sciences, or Nursing. A valid Class 5 driver's license, current CPR/First Aid certification, and a clear criminal record check are also required.

The wage for this position is $24.00 to $27.50 per hour
