Provide holistic, person-centered nursing care to patients within their homes as part of an interdisciplinary team. Deliver high-quality clinical services while maintaining effective communication with patients and their families.
Must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Requires a valid driver's license, vehicle, insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal record check and TB test.
