The Clinic Nurse is responsible for delivering harm reduction and supportive treatment modalities for patients with opiate dependency within a multidisciplinary team. Duties include administering medications, performing clinical tests like ECGs and venipuncture, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Candidates must hold a Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and be in good standing with the College of Nurses in Ontario. Previous experience in addiction treatment and current First Aid and CPR certification are required.
