The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs, including the administration of medical treatments. They also take a leadership role within the health care team and coordinate patient care and discharge processes.
Candidates must have current CRNM registration and a post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience. A current BLS Level C certification and satisfactory criminal and abuse registry checks are also required.

Position Overview Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. These services include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, a leadership role within the health care team, and coordination of patient care and discharge. Experience Not Applicable Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience required.
Certification/Licensure/Registration Current CRNM registration required. Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred. Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required.
