The Donor Centre Nurse assists in the safe collection of blood and blood products while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and accurate documentation. They also play a key role in fostering a positive donor experience and providing coaching to donor centre staff.
Candidates must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Two years of nursing experience and certification in First Aid and CPR are considered assets.

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary part-time Donor Centre Nurse to join our dynamic Collections team in our SK-Saskatoon donor centre.
The Collections team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services collecting donor blood and blood components in a safe manner to provide patients with lifesaving products every day. In this role, you will assist in the collection of blood and blood products ensuring adherence to all safety protocols, and all required documentation is carried out. You will play an integral part in building and promoting a positive donor experience and encouraging donations.
