Provide a supportive home environment for adults with intellectual, physical, or mental health disabilities. Assist with daily living tasks, community integration, and the development of independent life skills.
Must be fluent in ASL, possess a valid driver's license, and have a clear criminal record check. A high school diploma and experience working with adults with disabilities are preferred.

The Adult Home Share Program helps to empower adults with disabilities to live fulfilled lives. Our vision is for people we support to be treated with respect and be fully included in the community they choose. The Adult Home Share Program works exclusively with adults who live with an intellectual disability, who may have a physical disabilities and medical concerns, or mental health challenges.
In addition to the requirements listed in the sections below, Adult Home Share Winnipeg is currently seeking single males or females and couples with no children who live in central areas of the city or neighborhoods where public transit is easily accessible; applicants who are open to having pets in their home; applicants who live in accessible environments, where a walker or wheelchair could be used.
