The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the acquisition, preparation, checking, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies. They support nursing units, facilities, and community-based health care services.
Applicants must hold a Pharmacy Technician Diploma and be licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals. Candidates are also required to provide a valid Criminal Record Check including a vulnerable sector search.
