Market context

Tissue recovery roles are specialized and selective

In Ontario, Tissue Recovery Coordinator roles are typically tied to organized donation and transplant services, so demand often reflects the need for experienced health sciences professionals who can work in time-sensitive settings. These roles are competitive because employers usually look for a health sciences degree or diploma, four years of related experience, and may prefer eye or tissue banking certification; a valid driver’s license is also required. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, and be ready to show experience in clinical coordination, documentation, and on-call or flexible scheduling.
