Job Summary

S R.T. MedStaff is currently seeking Mental Health Nurses (Registered Practical Nurses RPNs) for our Community Visiting Nursing Program. The visiting Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of his/her education and experience, to mental health clients in a variety of service delivery locations primarily across York Region, including Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Markham, and Vaughan.

Compensation

RPN Pay Rate - $38.00 + vacation pay + travel allowance

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the patient/family/caregiver and other health care professionals, help formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment.
• Provide nursing care to patients according to the written plan of care.
