Provide professional nursing care to residents and direct Personal Support Workers in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with Registered Nurses and physicians to implement care policies and monitor resident status changes.
Must hold a current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario and be a member in good standing. Requires sound knowledge of geriatric nursing and familiarity with relevant healthcare acts and regulations.
