The Medical Lab Technologist is responsible for conducting accurate diagnostic specimen testing and ensuring timely reporting of results. They must also maintain laboratory safety protocols, manage sample documentation, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a college diploma or university degree in Medical Laboratory Science and be registered with the CSMLS. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment are required.
