The Respiratory Therapist performs diagnostic and therapeutic assessments, including airway management and mechanical ventilation support for patients. They also maintain accurate documentation, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of respiratory equipment.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and successfully completed the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care credentialing exam. Additionally, they must hold current CPR Level C and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
The salary range for this position is CAD $40.19 - $50.20 / hour Job Summary
