The Guest Attendant is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner as a member of the nursing team. They support and encourage residents to build self-esteem, promote independence, and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity.
The ideal candidate loves seniors, enjoys creating a care relationship based on trust and respect, and has a passion for people and providing an exceptional customer experience. A genuine desire to learn is also required.
