Reporting to the Team Leader, Protection Services, the Protection Services Officer maintains and enforces security of persons and property in accordance with established policies and procedures. Travel may be a requirement of this position. If applicable, transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority in accordance with the service assignment and the incumbent must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Grade 12 education. Recognition of Basic and Advanced Security Training certification. Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2). One year of recent related experience or equivalent. Valid B.C. Security Guard License with handcuff endorsement. Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
