The Health Care Aide is responsible for safely and caringly assisting residents with activities of daily living as part of the nursing team. This role involves supporting residents to build self-esteem, promoting their independence, and protecting their rights to autonomy and dignity.
Candidates must possess a love, respect, and passion for people, along with a genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Applicants are required to have their Health Care Aide (HCA) credentials.
