The Personal Support Worker reports to the Director of Care and is responsible for effectively providing care to residents as directed by the registered staff in charge. This role contributes to the overall success of the organization through direct resident support.
Candidates should preferably have a Personal Support Worker certificate or be enrolled in an accredited PSW or nursing program meeting practical experience requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience with vulnerable populations in a long-term care setting and two years of clinical experience in long-term care.

$25.10 to $25.71 per hour (All PSW employees will receive an additional $3.00 per hour which is the current Personal Support Worker Wage Enhancement provided by the Provincial Government)
• Two (2) Years clinical experience in long term care preferred
