The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for implementing holistic, comprehensive care to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing enhanced knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses. This role also involves demonstrating leadership, confidence, and autonomy within the Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) role.
Requirements summary
Required education includes a Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) and three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse, along with a Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate. Preferred qualifications include community needs assessment/development experience and at least one year of nursing experience in a primary health care setting.
Ability to handle difficult situations resulting in productive outcomes

Therapeutic intervention skills working relevant to practice of the RN(NP) role
