Complete program, clinical or organizational documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in organizational learning opportunities as appropriate (e.g, Surge Learning)
Engage in organizational working groups as appropriate (e.g, JH&SC, Quality Committee)
Effectively utilize organizational tools, software, devices in the application of daily work, willingness and ability to learn new technical skills as operational or patient needs change
Willingness and ability to provide care in a variety of geographical locations (eg. Central Hamilton), patient care environments (eg. apartment building), or institutional care settings (eg. Long Term Care)
Willingness and ability to act as coach/mentor/Preceptor to new nurses through knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer support
