The Rehabilitation Assistant will provide shared administrative support functions within a team environment and assist Physiotherapists with their caseloads, including acting as a liaison between the client and the therapist. Daily tasks involve administrative duties such as answering phones, processing orders, photocopying, uploading reports, and maintaining an organized and safe clinic environment.
Successful candidates must possess a Kinesiology degree or a PTA/OTA diploma, along with strong computer, analytical, and organizational skills to manage a busy schedule effectively. Essential soft skills include exceptional interpersonal abilities, critical thinking, time management, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

This is a casual float position supporting multiple clinics in the Ottawa region (Ottawa St. Laurent, Nepean Greenbank, Carlingwood, Kanata Edgewater and Kanata Kakulu).
