Caregivers will implement personalized care plans, assisting clients with various daily activities and managing their overall well-being to ensure they age safely at home. Key duties involve managing activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating clients with family-like care and respect.
Applicants must be local to Victoria, possess training such as nursing education, and have 2-3 years of experience caring for the elderly, preferably with dementia clients. A good command of English, proof of eligibility to work in Canada, and a clean criminal background are mandatory.
