The role involves providing psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment to individuals and families dealing with various mental health symptoms and disorders, while collaborating with a clinical team to support clients' return to daily functioning, including work. Responsibilities also include supporting clients with work or auto-related injuries and providing detailed progress reports to health funders.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Psychotherapist and hold a Master's degree in counselling, social work, or a psychology-related discipline. Successful applicants require good standing registration with either the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, along with clinical knowledge in trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and addictions.

About this opportunity
Are you an experienced Psychotherapist passionate about delivering high-quality services efficiently and effectively? If so, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to apply your strong clinical skills and experience as part of an interdisciplinary team. As a registered Psychotherapist / Social Worker at our Kitchener Victoria Health Centre, you will rely on your training and experience with grief/loss, mood/anxiety-related disorders and the assessment and treatment of trauma to really make a difference in the lives of our clients.
$40.00–$45.00 per hour, moving to a fee-split of 38%–43% following completion of your probationary period.
