The role involves building and delivering comprehensive treatment plans that go beyond basic requirements, allowing the physiotherapist to work autonomously while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must possess a Physiotherapy degree and be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick. Essential qualities include a strong dedication to client-centered care, coupled with curiosity, passion, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to a larger organization.
