The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and support clients holistically to achieve optimal quality of life through varied activities including community service, clinic work, networking, and collaboration with the healthcare community and funders. Daily tasks involve providing assessments, treatment, client education, coordinating care, developing new programs, and maintaining timely charting and reporting.
Candidates must be a graduate of a recognized School of Occupational Therapy and a registered member in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to rural sites are also required.

$70.00 - $75.00 per hour
This valued Occupational Therapist will have an opportunity to practice within a large scope through collaboration and teamwork, responsible for evaluating and supporting the clients in a holistic manner to achieve optimal quality of life. Day to day activities vary from serving clients in the community, in clinic, networking and collaborating within the larger health care community and with the funder, completing reports, and solving problems/overcoming barriers to achieving the Care Goals.
We are seeking a self-starter that is able and excited to work within urban and rural areas and has a proven ability to deliver excellence in outcomes and relationship building. This opportunity is well suited to candidates that can work independently at times, but also see the value in collaborating with many other professionals and teams to achieve the optimal outcome for the client.
