The therapist will deliver EFAP and clinical services, including confidential counseling, case management, and assessments, focusing on providing quick, effective telephonic support for behavioral and emotional health issues. They must establish treatment plans, complete necessary documentation, and maintain service level targets under supervision.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology, along with current registration with the relevant governing body. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience dealing with mental health problems, including short-term therapy training, is required, alongside excellent communication skills in both English and French.
