The Care Partner provides personal care and supports residents in their activities of daily living to encourage their optimal level of functioning. This role also involves supporting clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
The required qualification is completion of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Continuing Care Assistant Program or an equivalent program. A conditional hire may be considered if the required education/equivalent is completed within two years.
